Cobra-OS® Aortic Occlusion Device

For REBOA and p-REBOA procedures

The COBRA-OS® Aortic Occlusion Device is ideal for the minimallly invasive REBOA procedures, in which a balloon catheter is inserted into the artery and inflated to temporarily block the aorta. This blockage helps control the hemorrhage by reducing blood flow, stabilising patients during acute trauma care.

With its user-friendly design, the COBRA-OS® device fascilitates quick and precise deployment. It's very thin 4 Fr sheath enhances the ease of use, allows for smaller arterial access, and reduces procedural steps. This low profile improves overall efficiency and minimises the risk of complications. Despite its compact size, the Cobra-OS® is robust enough to withstand significant aortic pressure without kinking.

The unique design of COBRA-OS® enables precise control over distal blood flow to the lower body, making it suitable for Partial REBOA procedures as well.
