Mermaid Medical Group announces new exclusive distribution deal on the COBRA-OS® device for REBOA procedures from Front Line Medical Technologies Inc.

Global medical technology company Mermaid Medical Group is pleased to announce an exclusive distribution agreement with Front Line Medical Technologies Inc., a medical device company dedicated to lowering the barriers to bleeding control and resuscitation through innovative, life-saving technologies.
The COBRA-OS® (Control of Bleeding, Resuscitation, Arterial Occlusion System) from Front Line Medical Technologies Inc. is an aortic occlusion device used for REBOA and partial REBOA procedures. With its thin 4 Fr size, the COBRA-OS® is currently the smallest device on the market, allowing for smaller arterial access and several other benefits.
Under this exclusive distribution agreement, Mermaid Medical Group will serve as the sole distributor of the COBRA-OS® in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and the UK. By combining the innovative COBRA-OS® design with Mermaid Medical Group’s expertise and solid network, this partnership will expand access to advanced bleeding control solutions across these regions.
